She has spent her entire professional life working in the non-profit sector. In the mid 70’s she directed a small community-based organization called the Joslin Community Development Corporation located in the Olneyville neighborhood in Providence. She became the President/CEO of Westbay in the early 80’s. Westbay is a large multi-service organization (non for profit) which assists residents primarily in Warwick, West Warwick, East Greenwhich. Its offices are located on Buttonwoods Avenue in Warwick. Jeanne is a resident of West Warwick.
